I'm in a Disney sort of kick. Why didn't Jafar just disguise himself as Aladdin and make Aladdin look like Jafar's true self and have Aladdin (turned into Jafar) killed? Then Jafar (as Aladdin) could marry Jasmine and no one would be the wiser.
