Nope, no rehabilitation. It wasn't even determined to be a muscle breach till 4 years later when i had my first fall out with it.
Plus I suffered from depressions and was trying to get help for that, I did not want to be 'trouble'. :}

It comes and it goes.
Nowadays I know how to not end up at the really low point. :}

So I'm trying to learn Danish right now over at duolingo, and I'm going down the tree for the third time. Finally am starting o feel like I'm getting a hang of the structure of those sentences. :}

I'm leaning Spanish at duolingo! I actually took 3 years of Spanish during high school but... I guess it wasn't enough >w>; I took a test to determine where my understanding was, and it was level 8!! Much more than I thought :o

That is a nice level.
Never had any Danish. So I started at zero, sometimes it's pretty hard because I'm Dutch. There are a lot of words that are written and meaning the same, but then there are words that are written the same and mean something completely different. :}
