Fried ice cream (I believe it's a Mexican dessert, but I could be mistaken).

I only like my fish fried. Not a big fan of salmon or tuna.

I've not tried the fried ice cream yet. I might try it if I ever run across it.

That's funny. I hate fried fish and you only like fried fish.

Is it sweeter than regular ice cream?
I would assume so? Like the frying process would caramelize some of the sugar?

Kinda, it's more crunchier and since it's not ice cold might feel tad sweeter too.
