There are definitely varieties which are ripe while green-skinned, and varieties that are unripe even if their skin is black. But what is which and the names? That I really have no clue about!

We had some pretty good food for dinner tonight. I had some carrot/sweet potato sliced thinly with some yummy sauce on it, mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy and some stuffing. :mclaugh: Cheesecake for dessert. :qh:
