weeeeellll. not every station, but most have their inner workings... and dirty businesses. xD secrets and stuff. and a lot of that actually happens at the top, with the ruling people. just like governments. xP
except stations are smaller than countries and the ruling people are... well... closer in a way... so technically it's easier to learn things you should definitely not know. o:

i'd say that there are certainly rumors everywhere, but most people don't know any specific information.

i mean sure, the people hear rumors, but... most probably don't pursue them? they just keep on doing what they're doing. :P *shrug*
