There's actually not many books I actually keep. Besides my gaming books all the books I've read and are keeping takes up only one bookcase.

Okay, now extrapolate that amount to what you might have by the time you're forty one. LOL
Though, this forty one year old only actually has two bookcases of books, but this forty one year old also lives in a bachelor apartment and hates clutter.

I don't think I'll actually have that many books.
If I read a book and decide I'm not going to find it interesting enough to read again I either will give it away to someone or trade it in at the second hand store.

Yeah... I think I've gotten rid of maybe four times what I've kept. And... looking around today, I think I exaggerated what's here. My book case is an old china cabinet. The upper three shelves are almost full, but there are DvDs there as well as books. And then I have a few books and disks on some of those wire storage cubes, because I like to keep 'em organized.
We'll see what I say once my head clears up completely. LOL Sometimes headaches make it hard to brain.

lol, my boyfriend got a house really cheap because there's a LOT of work that needs to get done on it, so he's going to redo the house how he likes. Like taking the bloody carpet that the previous owners thought was a good idea to put in (the wife was a cat hoarder and the husband had back issues, so yeah the bathroom is in REALLY bad shape). But I've offered to design a desk for him in this one area of the house, but I told him he'd have to give me the dimensions of the area before I could actually draw it up since it would be an area for a computer (he kind of misses having one). And then the other side of the fire place will probably be redone to hold dvd cases and maybe some games, but most likely movies because he has a HUGE collection of dvds. XD
