It would make sence, muscle memory, memories in general. The fresher the corpse, the more they can do. So changing them like they did, making them less threatening, kinda irked me. But if they weren't suppose to be like that to start with, oh well...
the spikes have to go deep enoughso the head stays on them therefor the base of the brain will get stabbed.
Considering the people who did the decapitations... i don't think they respected people mych. Negan.. Alpha...

Yeah zombies that can think are scarier ._.
I guess it would like...hinder the story more, though.
Maybe the base of the brain isn't enough to kill them then.
Yeah, they don't sound like good people xD
Decapitation irl does bother me, though.
Like you can say someone was stabbed to death and it's like "Yeesh..." but if the head is removed it just...seems more disrespectful.

Decapitation is gross... dismemberment is gross.. we aren't in midevil times anymore, yet midevil things still happen. (｡･̆д･̆｡)

I still think the spikes must not be too deep.
I'm pretty sure there's zombies with head injuries still walking around 8u
Killers tend to remove body parts to make sure the evidence is gone and to make sure the victim can't be identified 8u
There's ways you can still identify bodies, though.
One being breast implants.

That's why its a plot issue! I've seen simple kicks to the head killing a zombie and there'd be no damage, a tiny bit of brain sliced off by samursi girl and they die. Tiny ass knives in the eyesockets killing off zombies...
Then you have Negan when this first started, friggen butcher knife in the zombie eye and the fking thing won't die. Or zombies with machette wounds deep into the skull still alive. Stuff the should kill the zombie not working unless the head is turned to goo. Really maked it confusing.
Implants, medical equipment, even scars and tattoos...
Disappearing a person is hard these days. You litterally have to actally disappear them. If one body part shows up, thats that.

Well, I guess when a show runs long enough, there will always be continuity errors 8u
I know people can also find a person by their dentures, I believe. I forgot about that one.
Serial numbers and stuff.
Teeth and fingerprints.
They can even tell where the victim grew up by the water they drank.
They also can identify where a body may have come from just based on plants or pollen on them.
Say they're found in Texas, but the plants/pollen are only on plants that don't grow in Texas.
Yes, it's getting harder to get away with murder. They're even solving cases at least 50 years old now too through DNA testing.
They can identify someone if their great great granddaughter sends in her DNA to find her heritage.
Not only does she get her heritage explained, but she helps solve a cold case for her family member.
I find this stuff extremely fascinating 8u
I kinda wish I had gone to college.
I don't think I can do it now - my brain's pretty fried.

I started watching season...9(?) of American Horror Story.
I started it but never finished it and got the urge to try and finish it.
I saw the trailer for season 10 and I'm kind of interested.
The trailer made it look like it's about artists and their art.

I think I saw season 9.... i think....
Apparently the 'call the midwife' series is based on Nurse Lee's memoir books.. so based on a true story... o3o after season 3 when lee leaves the writers tried to keep things as historically correct as possible. Not sure how correct the other characters lives are.
I'm now watching 'The Last Kingdom'
