Yes. Terrible English, heavily influenced by Dutch. Most of the time literally translated expressions.
To give a perfect example, something one of our ministers said in his election speech thingy. He was talking about something with foreign relationships or something, and to emphasize that he decided on saying something in English.
"And then we sit with the baked pears."
Do you know what that means? I'm sure you don't.
In Dutch we have the expression "Met de gebakken peren zitten", with which we actually say "Being stuck with the mess caused by something". But if you literally translate that no foreigner will have a clue what you're talking about. x'D
And due to the poor Dutch education in high school English, this happens all the time. Even teachers do that. Oh, how I've yelled at those morons >>
Anyway, it happens so often someone even wrote a book with a collection with those marvelous expression. It's called "I always get my sin", based on the Dutch "Ik krijg altijd mijn zin", meaning "I always get what I want". Business people actually used that in international congress. xD

Wow, that's just BAD. x'D If you're going to do something like that, at least make sure you have the correct translation.
People these days do dumb things just to get into office...

Hey we have Denglish too. But that usually means German mixed with English words, because using English words makes you sound important and cool. It sometimes hurts my inner nazi a lot.
"Bitte voten"
"Ich bin happy"
"Er supportet dieses Dance Event seiner Fans, denn es ist eine super Competition"
...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Just to get into the office? They already WERE in the office, obviously x'D
And while talking you don't have a translator or anything, you just have to respond quickly and make mistakes like that >.<"
But if they were educated well that wouldn't happen...
That's a whole different story, Cyan. :p
The funniest thing about that is that, if you actually start speaking English to someone, they have no clue what you're talking about. I experienced that a lot again last week. x'D
But they do that here too, be it less than in Germany.
