Yup, kitchenaid is the luxury brand of stand mixers ovo They're way too expensive man. I'm not dropping $500 on a mixer. I use an electric beat most of the time but standing there for 5 - 10 minutes whipping your meringue buttercream is a pain in the ass and cheaper stand mixers tend to shake aggressively.

I like to bake. Well I enjoy eating.

Haha, I think it's better to stick with one number anyway although the math is the same whether you change your number or not. It's not like today was 3 therefore tomorrow won't be :3
