I get more bad dreams the week before periods. Does anyone else get that?


Doesn't help when those dreams put me in a down mood the next day. :(

I'm not sure I get more bad dreams. I don't think so. But I definitely stress more and maybe that causes the bad dreams?

Maybe it's just me haha

I'm sure you're not the only one For a long time my pms symptom was - I suddenly slept only on my stomach (I never did except for when my period was coming). So after a while, when I've been feeling down for a while and then I go to sleep one night and the most comfortable position is on my stomach, I realized Auntie Flo is gonna visit soon XD
Haven't had that one for a while tho. Or maybe I stopped noticing XD

I like sleeping on my stomach but my arms hate it, I have to keep my arms bent a bit...

That and when have sore boobs it's not fun. And when I do have my period I'm terrified of leaking so I sleep on my back and have the worst sleep for a week.

Yeah, thus I have no idea how it's the most comfortable when I'm pmsing XD But somehow it is...

While on my period I usually sleep on my left side, as opposite to my normal sleep - on the right side. If I'm on my period and lie on my right side, the uterus begins cramping a lota nd when I lie on my left, it doesn't. On my back it's hella uncomfortable (plus for me it's the best way to leak ) and on stomach isn't an option for obvious reasons

Oh sometimes it can be comfy but not when the boobs are sore. o.O

I sometimes sleep on my side on the last days of the period..

iono just want them gone forever.

I sometimes sleep in a sports bra so they would hurt less

I don't think I could do that haha

But it works Though sometimes the straps dig into your flesh even despite that, there are pms times when I can't even walk in a normal bra, so I have to be in a sports bra all day only to be able to live semi-normally QwQ
