I decided to stop calling the dog warden on my neighbor... no one wants to do anything about the dogs anyway. I tried. If those dogs get run over, its on the owners, landlady and the dog warden.

Maybe better owners will see them and think "Wow they must be strays I'm going to steal-- take them in 888u"

hard to think that, the dogs wear harnesses.dogs are well cared for outside the owners not supervising them nor having them on leashes...

Group puppy theft.
Every time I think about picking a dog up, I think of when my Saya and Hyde got loose and they rolled in something dead.
They're heathenasses so they refused to follow me home, so I had to pick Saya up and carry her >>
She smelled SO bad and it rubbed off on me.
I gave her a bath but she still stank >>

I freak everytime i think my cats got out.. people hear have no qualms with running over animals.
We also have wild beasties that eat kitties.. owls, foxes... a bear on occasion.

Yeah, I worry about people running over the cats all the time.
Someone ran over one of the opossums a few weeks ago :\
Most of the cats seem to stay on the curb or in the yard unless they're crossing the street.

Pepper, one of the main ones that does it, is mostly black so people can't see her in the road >Bu
If a cat is lying or sitting in the middle of the road, I chase them out of it.
The cat that looks like Momo has been sitting in the street a lot.
I'm always yelling "Little Momo Cat get out of the road ;0;"
