Well, in the lvl 75 stage, she does seem to be wearing a skirt and bra under the floaty ribbons... But I know what you mean, it's not really that clear :D

I agree you kind of have to look at it for a bit longer than a glimpse to notice, but it's still a she for me definitely XD

Her pigtails almost look like more streaming ribbons! She's got a lot happening.
