I’ve never had a protein shake. It sounds kinda nasty tbh lol. Cuz like it’s those powdered drinks right?

Some can be kind of chalky yeah. But I haven't been wanting to eat as much lately so the protein shakes are a good alternative. Since I'm so used to them they don't bother me? xD

We have a smoothie place here in town that will add protein to your smoothie. :)

I suppose if the taste of the smoothie is stronger than the protein in it, it might not taste as bad. Still, it doesn’t look very appetizing to me lol.
