every time a dragon I have is ready to be exalted, none of the bonus things are what I have. -sigh

is the gene ever basic or always non-basic ones?
I guess it's always like this unless you do exalting professionally: search for adult dragons that meet the criteria on the AH, train and exalt. otherwise you will end up with dragons that don't fit the criteria. alternatively you need to have a lot of space and hold all the dragons till their criteria show up

From what I have seen, only non basic genes show up. I have had a couple times where the Criteria matches up, all three, and those were the days I made a pretty penny.
I usually Exalt babies that i find haven't been able to sell.

I see. I don't need to exalt anyone yet but I think if I get hatchlings I don't like and none of my friends takes them I will most probably exalt. I don't think any of my breeding couples' offsprings will be popular enough. or I could lvl them up and sell for gems. but I like the idea of dragons serving directly under the deity
damn 6 ambushes are going to cost a lot

Yeah, I understand that, When did you start flight rising I myself only started this year, in April.
I am Finally working on gathering the funds to get genes onto the dragons I want certain genes on, then there will be the fun times of getting Crystal onto my Progen.

oh I only joined a week ago :)
I will work on getting genes soon too. I've made notes of which dragon needs what genes. thought it's better to gene them up one by one rather than getting a total of each gene needed.
your progen will surely enjoy crystal

I'm one of the few who joined last year around this time during the Plague event, only to end up poofing due to life being rough. ;-;

me? thanks, I'm afraid my lair will get crowded soon if I take too many hatchlings. I'll need a mate for one of my skydancers soon but just not yet.

Alright then, Early on lair space is pretty cheap, it cost over 300K for me to get layer space.
Sky Kittehs are dragons. They are called this because some dragons act like cats in how they are represented.
