One of my hands is super clumsy and I can't be around heat/splashing oil—I know microwaved food is bad but it's honestly all I can afford on disability. That, and oatmeal plus yogurt. I spring on gogi berries for the vitamins, but that's about it.
Hmmm, the smoothie idea is a good one. I already put veggie powder in my fruit smoothies when I have extra.
I generally don't eat a lot, haha.

Why would I do that that is weird
But the floating poop is cuz I will eat half of it, and we tend to make a fair amount each time
During the fall, if we can afford it, we will buy a bunch of corn on the cob from a farmer's market or suchlike, parboil or half cook or whatever, cut the corn from the cob, scoop into ziplocs or some other freezer friendly bag, and use that. If we run out or can't afford it, the tops brand isn't bad, and it's a sizable bag. Or if we're looking for quality, there's one brand where you microwave it in the bag. Less corn, but so tasty. There's already butter in it, so just a bit of salt is added to bring out the flavor even more
But I love the fat on meat, will eat that, and have no problems
Yum

Ooo! What about a crockpot? Those are super duper easy to cook with. All you do is dump the ingredients in and let it cook. You can stir it up occasionally if you're feeling fancy.
Great for soups. A little one is only about 20 bucks. And that's all you really need if you're by yourself.
Do you at least get the healthier options? Like the lean cuisines or whatever those are called?
I eat a lot. lol.
What is weird?
Ah. Lots of corn. Good times.
Weird. Oh well. Who knows. lol.

I actually live with my parents. They help me "cook". I eat tiny morsels of ~regular food on occasion, but it's mainly lean cuisine and oatmeal.
I'm so glad lean cuisine exists. I get a variety of food I can actually eat, and no one needs to spend extra time prepping my meal.
I'm petite and sedentary. Can't burn enough calories, or I'd eat a lot more. :'D

Yeah, it's must the sheer amount that causes it to float

Huh. How old are you? Why don't they cook for you when they cook for themselves? That seems a little mean.
Yes they are nice. My husband does most of the cooking but I can manage sometimes.
I am also petite and sedentary. I am extremely fat though. Soooo... that's not good. lol.
Well there you go. So much corn. lol.

Too bad I can't donate fat to people. That would be awesome.
We had pizza. I might go to sleep soon. I'm very tired. And I want to get my sleep before I start work on Monday.

I slept for quite a while. Hopefully that's all good now.
Husband is dizzy. His allergies are all messed up.
