Yeah, I think that's what I have too.
It has to do with pressure being on your sciatic nerve 8u
Sooooo it hurts in your lower back and down your leg.
I don't know if my back going out is that or not, though.
Never had it looked at.
I told my old doctor about it and he made me lift my leg, asked if it hurt, then said I most likely had it xD

I just know that when I feel it, I can't move at all because of the pain. x-x

Yeah, it can be really painful.
There was a Youtuber I used to watch that had to get surgery for it.
When my back goes out, it really hurts and it can take like 8 minutes just to get out of bed to pee xD

Oh I hate it when it happens when I gotta pee and can't movie QAQ
To make it worse, mom ends up in the bathroom before me and then I gotta wait ages for her to vacate! >:x

I remember when my back first went out...I was rolling the trash out and on my way back to the house, my back went out and I could barely walk. I almost didn't make it in the house.
Last time, it went out when I stopped to pick up a picture frame that fell over >>

o-o I guess its normal for backs to go out when taking out trash.. that was when mine first went out, except it was lifting the bag into the dumpster.. x-x I too short for these dumpsters..
It's gone out just by going up the stairs once too. QnQ
Never had it happen when bending over to pick something up though.. ono

I was pushing a wheeled trash can and it wasn't heavy or anything...
The grass is pretty thick so I guess it was the combination :\
I didn't even bend over all the way. I bent slightly down because the picture frame was on a waist high table ._.
Walking up the few steps we had has almost made mine go out but also nearly triggers leg cramps >Bu

I got 7 steps to go up.. and my back went out on them.. I had to stop on the steps, back ridge, trying to calm my breathing and not scream x-x
Most of the bags I take out are heavy.. dirty diapers, cat litter, kitchen trash..
the only light bags are the bedroom ones x-x
