that's genius, Zia!
i like the idea of that much better than putting sauce, later adding cream, and adding pasta and other stuff on top of that. it's not just remembering the sequence, it's the way the stuff already in the pot reacts when you put stuff on top. it makes me nervous. i'm going to look up the details of this wonderpot method

He's at work haha, he works night shifts.
my dinner was just rice with diced bacon and smoked tuna and soy sauce and stir fry sauce.
Simple but good.

I'm a lazy cook so I pretty much know every shortcut there is, because at some point or other I was like "well I can't be bothered to do all these steps, so I'll just do it all in the same pot" or so on haha. I always get confused when cookbooks or sites are like "oh this recipe is special because it only needs one pot". Really? I mean I hardly ever use more than one pot, no matter the recipe. At the most I might have one saucepan and one frying pan, and that's only because some things need boiling and others need frying.
