I'd say it's the Rikashitsu update. And maybe Lunatic Fringe, judging by the fancy rose items?

And the wings?

Maybe they are new wings that will be available in the Rikashitsu The preview doesn't really look like TT update, there's no theme And we already know Firn had some shop updates prepared for a while.
