I am probably one of the pickiest eaters in the world... but luckily part of my pickiness is that meat grosses me out if it has the slightest resemblance to, well, meat.

I can only eat it when in the form of for example sausages. Minced meat is alright most of the time too, though I have phases where I can't even eat that. I also love tofu a lot - not just as "meat substitute" as it is often seen as in the west, but just for what it is.
I could really live without meat easily, but I don't want my husband to go through the effort of cooking two different meals, so I usually just pick out the meat from my dish and give it to him.
