JNC got some new titles and I like them a lot:

Housekeeping Mage from Another World: Making Your Adventures Feel Like Home!

The Blacksmithing one, the LN is a slow start, but the manga is a nice read. I'll try sticking with the LN to see if it picks up some.

Passing Beast Tamer is ... hilarious.. x'D Both the LN and Manga are worth the read.

Housekeeping Mage is a different change of pace. It's a more Serious Isekai Love Story. Gets kinda dark at times. It's also nice that the MC isn't OP.. she's actually underpowered but turns that into a strength. :3

Does it depend on the type of dark it is?

some people have different definitions of dark i guess.. or so I've seen argued here and there.

Gothic stuff is considered dark to some people

Abuse of others is dark to some (there's abuse in the LN we're talking about here)


There are a few other things people consider dark o3o

Some people are too picky o3o


I was once in a skype chat with some .. ex friends (old staff mates) We were working on the Decembers donation items, a head of schedule as it was October. I made mention that the items made me want to watch a movie (I can't remember which movie other than it was a snowy xmasy movie)

Well someone threw a fit, stating that it was Halloween time and that I should be watching stuff like Nightmare of Elm Street and other 'slasher' movies.

I told them I wasn't in the mood for horror.. they.. blew.. up..

It wasn't horror it was slasher blah blah blah... like dude... slasher is a SUB-Genre of horror... =A= it's included when one says horror...


So after that.. I try to be careful when mentioning things that have categories.

I like horror, I just have to be in the mood for it... especially since my imagination runs wild afterwards..

The Grudge/Ju-on REALLY gets to me.. x-x I see her after I watch those movies....
