I don't sleep good. I'm constantly tired xD
There's actually never a time where I'm not tired.
Always slow, tired, no energy.
And yet I have issues sleeping every night.

I have to get up early too for things if I'm say having to be somewhere by 9 I am best to be up at 7.30.
Cause I take a while to wake up and I don't like eating straight away..so it works for me

I assumed it was normal to always be tired because I have depression.
My aunt said it's not normal and I should get a sleep study.
I never went back, though <<

I actually have a sleep study scheduled for the 1st. So much fun.
I hope that it helps and I won't be so exhausted all the time.

A sleep study as in they monitor you for a night to see how you sleep and where there might be problems with it?

I always wanted to do a sleep study! Here the doctors just kind of take your word for it I guess? At least no one I know has ever been invited to a sleep study XD

Exactly. They usually do it to help diagnose sleep apnea but they look for other problems too.
They don't do those where you're from? That's weird. It's just an intense test. And they're not particularly fun because you're hooked up to monitors.

It doesn't sound particularly fun, but probably very useful. I hope they'll find some easily treatable problem for you :)
