I heard that too. Sometimes I try to make myself drink instead of eat but it doesn't seem to help much.

Hm, funny, because I only drank 300ml of apple juice today (something like 240ml of water) and it was after I ate a huge meal that I was stuffed with, but now I'm getting hungry again.... I'll go buy more juice, 'cause I'm craving as hell, dunno why x.x (nope, not preggers, just finished my period, lol)

Maybe your body thinks you need vitamins. I get cravings for bread when I'm not eating enough fibre.
