There is nothing wrong.
No, not once per day per member. What would be the point of this, the fairies are supposed to be RARE, just accept the fact that you might not meet one in months.

Yes, you'll click one if you see one.. They'll appear MUCH rarer than the candies, though..
And I'm still looking forward to see one even if i'm not online that much x.X
