Past that you need a carpenter to build houses =)

Kit - when a weapon breaks it disappears so you want to repair them before they reach 0 durability. Which is why i wanted to test 'repairs' on the houses to see how its done xD

So just the cost of the house? No expense beyond that?

(What if you build an extra house you aren't using, move a villager from one of your older houses into the new one, repair the old one? Does that work? It means you have to play musical houses, but...)

Akili - I'm actually going to try that once I can make me a third house. thats the one thing i hadn't tested yet. I'm hoping thats how it will work ._.,

Just the house, no expense beyond the house. so far i have 2 villagers in houses and the next spot is a house space as well =)

I just thought of something. Doctors can't learn recipes from other villages, yes? But they also know a recipe forever once they learn them. So if I made a doctor, taught it all my village's recipes, and then abandoned it to become a wanderer, and someone in another village adopted that doctor, it would still know all the recipes from my village, yes? As well as being able to learn the ones of its new village.

Or am I totally off base?

I might be willing to test this if we can trade villagers (transfer villagers back and forth) if someone in another village is willing to do it with me.

Well I just adopted a wanderer who has animal husbandry as a career and he came with a full stable. And my Carpenter had a jelly Fish pet attached to him.
So yeah I guess they will keep the recipes they've learned from other towns like that. :}

Actually, doctors can now learn recipes from other places. Before the doctors couldn't learn anything from other places.

Which means I should beable to learn those HP Potion Recipies from that one village now but.. >-> I sold the recipe i had.

Anyone from "Dragons Maw Manor" village? o3o,

I flipped a coin to decide, one of my two top choices was Dragonmaw. Wish I'd known where all everyone was, I could have gone for that just to swap recipes.

(Where do I go so that I can buy a slot for another villager? I can't find it!/remember where it is)

So it seems Robyn is a much better herbalist then she was an explorer. Out of 40 seeds she managed to harvest 34 successfully and Heru was a lousy animal trainer till he got sick and now they actually do what he wants.
I'm really loving this game. :}
