Well if you're not sleepy nor tired... maybe try melatonin? And if that doesn't work, I don't know what else you can do...

Do you feel any negative effects from your lack of sleep?
Maybe it's just enough for your body? Different people need different amounts of sleep.

Mh, that sounds hard to really measure, but possible, and I understand wanting to fix that.

Have you tried physically tiring your body out during the day? Like, doing some intense exercise? Maybe your brain needs the sleep, but the rest of your body somehow goes "hey, I still have enough energy, let's be awake and party!"
