Yeah. No wonder that almost every sci-fi story that has AIs in it is of a setting where crazy AIs take over the workd and try to kill or enslave humankind. If I saw the world like this, I'd go crazy too....

memoriam, Yeah, but that someone can be an AI machine.

that said I still wonder if we'd get mobile suits....

I still think machine's aren't that great, they still break and have other issues that would have to be solved probably by a human. You think AIs are so powerful but we don't even comprehend the potential of our own human brains. And those brains make the AI so... yeah, I think I finished XD

I think that maybe you don't understand the potential of AIs. The "problem" is that already now we have AIs that are not made by human brains, but are self-learning, so they are not limited by human potential.

And this is not something I am just making up or what I imagine the future will be like. There are many people, scientists, politicians, who predict this to be the future - with all its problems.

ooh I think it's highly possible. Maybe not yet but in the nearish future it is.


Yes machines break and stuff but this day and age we're in a make it fast and quick for profit. If it breaks we get more sales.


Why would apple want to make a phone that lasts 3+ years?


I remember when I think it was Panasonic would last many years. I think they still do.. but like there are brands out there that used to be like that but now are like naah we'll make it last just inside the warranty.



Also look at Asimo. Look at the robots of Japan. Look at that twitter bot who then got taken down haha.. that was amusing.

Japan have baby sitting robots. In 2005 they had these robots that could speak many languages, but were programmed at the world expo, to speak Japanese but I said hello to it and some of the workers had to program it back cause it started to speak in English haah.

AIs are getting smarter, etc. Eventually Sci-fi will be the reality.

Yeah, I remmeber a case where an Ai was built for communication purposes, you know like the "support chats" some websites have where you do not actually interact with real humans but that are smart enough to give you "standart answers" depending on what you ask?
The AI suddenly started taking in glibberish. It had decided on its own that English was a way too illogical language and that it would just change it to make it more logical.
