I am not sure, what do you like? There are so many topics to draw inspiration from, all kinds of animals, fashion, cultural, mythology....

I'm very fish obsessed now I think about it...
Marine life, coral, puffer fish,
pretty but dangerous fish like butterfly fish
They have such beautiful colours
Is that's good enough theme to work with?

You know what bugs me sometimes...
I've sold 79 fairy coins now I've been back so far.
None went over 65k
besides 1 made 100k when I was testing the market.
And still when fcs go up for sale without auto buys
They make over 100k???
Feel like why i bother lmao

From what I see FC usually go over 100K when there are no other ones for sale in the market. If you put up multiples at once, people will only bid to a certain point and think "Ah, maybe I will still get the other fairy Coin for cheaper". But if you want to buy something from the TT or a MT and maybe something that will leave soon and there is only one or two FC in the market, people will usually pay higher sums. So, if you want to sell FC for more, you should only put them in the market one at a time. (Though the average sale price for FC is 62K right now, so you are not doing that bad?)
