May I join in on the merry chatter? I decided to return to Kofk after a like, year-long absence, like, yesterday.

We use mainly lemon rind and sugar when we make lemon cake :'D It's too bad you put too much in!

Welcome back!

I never use lemon in cakes, I can't deal with the smell of lemon in desserts, I usually use fruits alcohol to spark it up a little if I'm going for a more strong taste but I usually just go for the basics.
That being said, I don't have an oven at the moment so I haven't baked in forever.

Hi and welcome back, and yay baking, sad no oven, sad too much lemon, but yum lemon, but too many things to respond to!
I'm playing a game with my dad and stepdad right now, they're figuring out logistics of stringing two lines of rafts together for towing, it's really adorable to watch them.

I'm sad. My dentist passed away earlier this month. I think I heard cancer. He was an older gentleman.

Ermergerd. I'm watching a blind guy guess what 3D printed objects are supposed to be and it's really fascinating.

I'm good. Hung out with my friends. We played some games and watched a movie that I didn't pay attention to. lol

Nope, no oven, it doesn't come as standar equipments in kitchens so you have to get out of your way to get one.

@Death: My childhood doctor passed away from cancer a few years back, it kinda came at a shock to me.

Laaame. I like baking food. Not usually desserts, but savory items.
I also use my crock pot a lot. lol.

I can see maybe missing a microwave oven, but not having a regular oven seems really odd!
