I'll always prefer rain. Even though I know sometimes I want a sunny day if it's rained a lot, just so to get some of the bigger washing like sheets done.

I prefer balanced weather I guess. Some sunshine, but not too much, weak cool wind. Maybe a small rain in the morning or evening. *sigh*
Too many rainy days gives me depression so I rather have sunny days XD I like thunderstorms though owo

I like to have different seasons. By the end of one, I usually have enough of that weather and long for a change. Couldn't even say what my favourite is, even though I prefer being cold over being hot. Don't like long rainy periods though, since I have to bike through the rain everyday and that's no fun.

I like autumn out of the seasons

I really like early autumn, when it starts to cool down a bit after summer but isn't too rainy yet. I also like full on winter, when you can just snuggle up with a blanket and a hot tea and feel great. Then I love late spring/early summer, when you can finally go out without tights and jackets again and everything feels nice and warm but not too hot yet. Not a big fan of the height of summer, that's usually too warm for me. But I do sometimes enjoy parts of it as well.
Basically every season has it's good sides to me :)
I feel like there's a choice - hate the weather the majority of the time, because it's not that perfect stage of that one season you like best or embrace all the variety and try to find joy in it :) I do complain about the weather as well though, mostly when it's very hot or very wet :D

I think late autumn and all of winter is my favorite seasons. I can pull out my favorite sweaters, drink hot chocolate and tea all day everyday, and it's the perfect temp all the time so I don't have to have my fans going.

I think that's one of the things I miss about living in New York. It had a beautiful autumn season with all the tree changes and all the fairly mild to perfectly cold weather, and the winters had snow. Living in the south, it doesn't often get cold enough to warrant a sweater nor does it snow. And if it does snow everyone loses their minds, everything closes for weeks, and all the bread and milk vanishes from the stores like they're expecting snomaggedon to hit when it will only snow for an inch maybe.

Haha people do lose their minds when snow happens here as well XD Never mind that we get it almost every year. Funny that a country known for its distinctive weather feature can't handle any type of weather XD

:mclaugh: That actually is pretty funny. How much snow do you approximately get? Couple feet or "Huh, I guess we're not leaving today as the snow has covered the door..."?

Haha, in Poland we sometimes laugh at other countries when they get snow and lose their effing minds, while here we get 20 times more and our kids still go to school normally.
USA kids in winter: Half an inch of snow! All schools closed! We can go play in the snow! Yaaaay!
Polish kids in winter: 10 inches of snow. Why can't they close our school like they do in other countries? :mcmeh: I don't wanna go through all that snow just to go to school :mcgloom:
I know it's a generalization ;P
Then again, maybe Russians laugh at Poles when we finally do close our schools? XD
I think I only remember one time Polish schools got closed because of the extreme weather. Throughout my entire life. 1 effing time, geez, and I was already too big to play in the snow XD

These past few years we have pretty warm winters though, I guess climate change and stuff. Maybe we'll start closing schools when winters get harsher again XD
