I've only seen snow a handful of times in my nearly 30 years.
We got some snow last year, but it was like an inch or less and it was gone in a few hours xD
I actually got so excited that I ran through the house screaming "It's snowing!" and ran and told my sister while she was in the shower xD
I took one step out and slipped on it <<

Couple feet is like shock weather for us 8D usually more like a few inches hahaha. When I was a kid we did get snowed in properly once or twice but it doesn't seem to happen anymore. This year we had a lot more snow than usual for a few days but it still wasn't enough to even cover the bottom of the door really.

Moi: Hopefully you were okay and didn't injure yourself too badly. Snow is dangerous as it masks the ice.
jacobgrey: Ah, well that makes sense then. I guess when I hear about places that get snow I think of what happens in New York. A couple of time the car had been completely covered and half the door where I lived and NYC actually completely shut down.

I think it's fair to shut down if that happens. We seem to stop functioning even if the snow doesn't settle XD I used to go to school with just an inch or two of snow to find out that everything had been cancelled.

The last time we had proper snow here was almost six years ago. We ended up having a good two feet falling in just as many days.
I loved it as it was right with my birthday. :}

Man, I would love some snow this winter. That would be awesome.
Not a whole lot. I could deal with a foot. Or maybe half a foot. That would be plenty to play in.

Only seen fake snow as a kid and I barely remember it.
I know it snows at some nearby towns but generally if it's snowing, it's too dangerous to go to it cause of the black ice on the roads

I think the only way that'll happen is me going overseas, probably to Japan. Hopefully Japan.
