He looks like a Naga! I really like him!
I'm okay with the 'flat' look, though -the knuffel, to me, are already by design so simplified that the 'flat' look just seems like a style that suits them.

Sooooo a lot of the images from the front page are broken thanks to TinyPic. Don't suppose anyone knows what they were or has backups?

Lol I’ve been seeing broken images lately because of tinypic shutting down. I can’t help you with the pics though since I wasn’t around when those first gens came out. Maybe ask an older user or even a mod? Like maybe they have the older images or something?
