Maybe siblings or family? Since both hints are lists of names it seems... I don't recognize any, but they could be some wellknown families from fiction or something.

I think those names are people who design (or maybe the companies that make or sell?) the Lolita dresses Kyan looks so good in.

The next hint is confusing, maybe the themes or names of the dress designs?

But I'm not sure how it would turn into a secret word. It has me confused.

I am pretty sure those names are characters of two tactical rpgs, Fire Emblem (Fates I believe?) and Phantom Menace Brave. I have played neither of these games, but I watch way too many Let's Plays of anything
