I just have an addictive personality annd I deal with depression and anxiety.

I had a therapist tell me once that I should only drink when I'm happy. That way I don't get dependent on it.

My husband and I both have alcoholic mothers so that's what we do. If we're depressed we're not allowed to drink any booze.

my parents drink a lot too, not sure they quite fall it alcoholic term but tbh it was pretty bad for both of them on/off...


Also phobia of vomiting stops me too

I'm glad they're not alcoholic bad. That's nice.

You just gotta learn to pace yourself. I've never understood why people go so horribly overboard. They cray.

ehh depends who you talk to to if it is alcoholic bad or not. Mum would drink a 1L bottle of wine a night..



Ah see I also have issues pacing though I try to. It's just if it tastes good I'll drink it quick. So just easier for me to just normally not drink

That's really bad man. Maybe she is an alcoholic.

Ah yest. That is a problem. You could drink a glass of water between drinks. I do that if I feel like I'm getting too much.

yeah though in a way I don't blame her.. cause dad died in '11. Cancer.


But I and my siblings have tried telling her that it's a issue. Mum didn't think it was a problem..


She put ice in the glass of wine but tbh that still doesn't full negate it like a glass of water in between does.
