Okay you actually took that to the logical conclusion I was missing! I have to start trying that!

Loool! I find that it’s much easier to mix and match items once the two starting poses, the eyes and hair (and, in some cases, the lips as well), have been confirmed. I just work around the items I chose and that’s it! XP it’s easier for me lol.

Now thanks to this item, I gotta find stuff that goes with lilac.

I used to pick a few items i want to use or a feeling i want with my avatars and then work from there.

Ohh well of course I have to keep a colour scheme in mind! Once I get the colour scheme, I choose my facial features and THEN I choose my clothes and accessories!

I have trouble distinguishing between the various purples, so items that have multiple colors which aren't labelled in the title are hard for me to use or match. I took a stab at the purple on these forest doe items but can't really tell if it's indigo or violet.
So I don't usually start with colors, since that's a weakness.

Hmmm I’m not quite sure myself. I usually try to stick with the colour scheme but each, sometimes colours look the same, especially when they’re not labelled. I think the purple you’re using is violet maybe...xD;;
