And since Marimo are normally at the bottom of lakes, direct sunlight can burn them too o3o they turn white according to the care guides. But right now, the one is brown for some reason and there's like 5000000 reasons for brown =/

slimy green is bad algae...

Brown.. Not enough sun, needs a bath, ... there were two to three other things i can't remember... but luckily its nothing uber serious. ovo



I know a bit about pc maint.. virus scans, malware scans, disk cleanup, defragging...
The only physical maint i know is how to install drives, clean out the dust and install RAM.. when it comes to changing out the mother board, and the other things... i'm sooo screwed x-x

i suppose. xD well i'll leave my mom to deal with those planty issues.

yeah i don't do a lot of pc maint. i could maybe do some external stuff, virus scans and the like. nothing with physical maint though. but i have relatives in the computer business so i'd just ask them, i guess.

Hiro.. really perfers the marimo in the bowl of healing (it's what I'm calling this old crystal Potpourri dish that the marimo is resting in) instead of his water fountain.. wonder what would happen if I put a marimo in the water fountain ._.,

ovo I bought screws, a tool kit for electronics in general (i can work on phones and tablets if i wanted to now >:D) 3 hard drives (one is a solid state drive, supposedly makes the operating system faster, other two are storage drives as my old drives are dying) and i'm waiting for the air blower.. may as well clean out the tower before i install crap!

oh i see. well i hope it gets better soon.

you gotta remember to be patient these days. its hard for everyone. c; besides, are you truly in a rush to get everything? like, life saving need? if not, giving them a bit more time to get to deliveries would be more respectful lol.

I don't trust delivery companies. They lost quite a few of my packages and even lost my friends xmas present. I refuse to blame every delay on the corvid19 because not everything is corvid's fault.

It arrived today, finally. New drives are installed. I gotta plug in my old drives and move stuff to the new ones. I just hope they don't crash while stuff is being moved. Some of the files are large, especially the game play ones. 7+ hour videos at 1080p... very large.

And yes.. losing the data on my hard drives is kinda life or death since the PC is how I de-stress and a lot of my art, documents, stories, back up stuff, photos, important live documents, game play videos, anime that are now hard to find.. lots of things that won't fit in a free 'cloud'
