I love salted sunflower seeds. I also like cashews, almonds, peanuts, etc.
But they're so expensive and I don't know why.
Like are they extremely hard to get?
Do you have to fight a thousand rabid dogs to get them?
Do you risk getting a deadly sickness getting them?
Why the f**k is this small jar $8 UB<

I use to like the salt but I need to watch my blood pressure. So I need to find ones with less. I use to eat them all the time.

Haha nuts are definitely expensive! I like them a lot though. I should eat more in order to get the nutrients I need. But they are also too salty often, I agree KC. I mean I kind of like them to be seasoned a bit but then they always add way too much.

Would it not be better to buy the unsalted and just add your own seasonings? It's not the same sure because there's addictive magic that they put on the nuts, but it's better than not having any due to commercial fixings. Nothing for nothing though, unsalted cashews taste just as good as salted in my book. It's almonds and peanuts that need the most help in the seasoning department.

That makes me think of sweet tea - unsalted things and then salting them yourself.
Sweet tea is a southern thing and people don't seem to get it in some places.
They're like "Just add sugar \>8u/" but it's not the same xD
I have really good taste buds, so it's nearly impossible to fool me.
My family always says "This is just like the restaurants!"
It tastes nothing like the restaurant.
Then they get mad at me.
xD
I remember this one time I got a malt that wasn't mixed right and I told them it was sour.
They rolled their eyes, took a drink and then said "This is gross!"
Like YEAH.

After many years of living I can say that I really only like the powdered Sweet Tea or Arizona brand tea if I'm going to be drinking sweet tea. Southern Sweet Tea makes me gag. Most restaurants in the town I used to live in, in New York give you sugar packets if you want sweet tea. Living in Georgia now, it seems that someone always has a cup of sweet iced tea in there hands.
Lol, but it's true though. There is just something that restaurants do, that trying to replicate it at home almost all ways fails with some dishes.

Oh my God.
I'm drinking Arizona tea right now >xD
I used to drink the green tea kind, but I recently started drinking their sweet tea.
I used to collect the glass bottles when they had them because they were so pretty.
The best "restaurant" food I've had at home was Auntie Anne's Pretzels.
I love getting them, but we don't go to the mall much, so when my mom saw some frozen ones at the store - we decided to try them.
They taste nearly identical to the ones at the mall, despite being frozen.
They're sooooo good u,B

I've looked for sunflower seeds in shell, not salted. But I can't find them that way. I haven't looked online though.
There is one place that makes smoked sunflower seeds. They are perfect. But I don't live around there anymore. I miss them. So good.
I love tea now. Lol
