though my hayfever isn't from pollen as such. More immune system issue.

My hayfever is all the time but it's because my immune system thinks it's sick.

It just gets affected more when the weather changes dramatically. Like it's cooled down since Friday..

I can take antihistamines but the ones that work have the side effect of making one drowsy and I find that effect doesn't hit me till later, even with just half a tablet. Otherwise there are nasal sprays but you can't use them for a long time cause they can damage your nose..

Continuous blocked nose, sneezing, sniffling, runny nose all the time, nearly a cold but not a cold..
