Yup. Even though the reason has changed. They changed what Dad needed to do today, even though he'd been all ready for it. Iunno.

And lil sis is just tagging about?

She has a raffle art thingy she's doing on Monday so she wanted to be home by Monday. And Mom and I get along in the car better than Mom and sis. Dad gets along with anyone.

Dad's is chemical, there's not really anything to be done. He's not actually all that bad, it's mostly just hard to rattle him. But Mom would probably be happier if we could have sold the house. D= We're still hoping we might manage to short-sale it to my cousin, but we'll see.

We went into bankruptcy and foreclosure because the one my father remodeled wouldn't sell... >:!

Yeah. Well, if the mortgage company WON'T do a short-sale, we're letting them foreclose. Which gives my cousins some time to find somewhere new during the process.

I hope that they allow that, I mean that WOULD be in their interest too... But if they foreclose then the FDIC pays the difference on what was still owed.
