sleep eating is bad for you, especially, if like mom, had a problem swallowing and would choke on her food when she was awake. x-x

I have no idea what all I do in my sleep.
I get woken up by the alarm at 6 AM and go to wake my mom out.
I didn't remember even doing that yesterday ._.

I was told once that i snore... but I also had a stuffy nose then so... not sure if i actually snore.

It's embarrassing but I do have Sleep Apnea.

As long as the cats (and IBS) lets me, I sleep just fine.. though sometimes I get a muscle spasm that jerks me awake.. very annoying. >:x

A hypnic jerk is an involuntary twitch of one or more muscles that occurs as a person is falling asleep. It tends to happen just as the person is transitioning from a wakeful state to a sleeping state. Hypnic jerks are a type of involuntary muscle movement called myoclonus. Hiccups are another common form of myoclonus.
