Not sure. It'd be interesting if they were all summoned and just found in different locations.

The 40bucks is for both passes lol just that only one of them has been released, the other is apparently released later. And you get two special outfits as well. And, once you get Armor Island, the new character gives you a style pass that is supposed to give you more clothing options in the shops.
