Paper, Blue Gel Pen and Copic Sketch Marker B00. that's pretty much it.

Sometimes I use white out to dot the lines so that is has a better "reflection/lighting" look, but the colours looked so fine and blended that that would just completely destroy the original @_@

I see you scanned it and made a copy, that's a very smart thing to do, you never know if you're going to make a mistake and not be able to undo it, or if you want to try out a different style using the same picture to compare with.

I think they both look nice, you are working from lightest to darkest right? That's always good to do because it's hard to make something dark lighter and easy to make something light darker.

I think the shading on the skin for pencils looks nicest, but they both look beautiful. I hope your boyfriend likes it <3

Ooops- sorry. I just don't have any Ex's that I'm on very good terms with so gifts for an ex kind of didn't even occur to me.

Yeah, it is to a point, but then again it's also important to realise when it's become more taxing and destructive, when to let people go, when to move on- all that jazz. Granted I don't know what type of a relationship you two had so it could be completely different. I only have two ex's (one is a rapist/abuser and the other one cheated on me four or five times and got someone pregnant before he thought it was worth telling me that he might'nt be worth the trust he was given- but not all men are like that and it would be wrong to say they are, I've just had a bad experience.)

What colour hair are you going to give the blue eyed one? Or was that just a test and you're not going to finish it?

I may skiddaddle soon though, it's gettin' on (4:30 in the morning) so I might head off soon.

The only museum we have in Armidale is an "art" museum with art by people at tech. Basically, art by 15-16 year old drop outs that don't want to do school so they get to spray paint their names on corragated tin sheet metal and call it art. @_@ I preffer more renaissance art that actually takes a while and skill to develop rather then just "schhhhhhh" done. >_>

What type of museum is it? Like a science one? Archeology? What sort of stuff is there?

It's mostly archeology. But we also have some more recent pieces, especially ceramics.
