Yeah, it made me think.
My family and friends were trying to help me and I wasn't listening to them.
Friends and family are a blessing so I should have listened.

A lot of people with anxiety disorders and depression are like that. The people around just have to keep trying and wait for when your ready to look up and hear what they're saying.

Right. They tried so hard to help me but my disorder was telling me not to listen to them because they were wrong.
