For the type of dough that does this water-plus-heat rising? That would be great!

I've got some basic pizza dough recipes which I use, and which work fine, but they do take a while!

Mostly relaxing. There's a nurse over right now who's checking up on everyone and when she's done we'll conference about it but for now the Elders are all talking together while they wait their turn and I can curl up in a corner with my computer and just relax. It's someone else's responsibility for once. :)

Said it only takes 15 minutes for the dough to rise.

She comes by once a month, and stays as long as she can or needs to, depending. Because no one is in hospice any longer I think this will be a shorter visit.

Does it look good? I think the whole thing was that you let it sit on the oven while it heats up. That's what makes it rise quickly.

Well, that and it's a lot of yeast for a smaller dough size. I suspect that's part of it. And no salt means no yeast inhibition....

(It's not too expensive. We found her through the hospice program and she donates a lot of hours so we figured out how to pay her a flat fee as a 'consultant', and we feed her well when she comes, and she essentially is giving us a really good deal.)

Yeah, I think you're supposed to add the salt after it rises. Not sure.
Is it a good recipe? Idk. I can try to find another one.

I thought it was mostly tomatoes, garlic, and basil.
