I've never had pumpkin soup, does it just taste like pumpkin? What else goes in it?

Well it depends on what you put in it. This recipe you just roasted the pumpkin with garlic and onion, blitzed it with chicken stock and then added cream and thyme.
So it tasted very pumpkiny and rich x3

We make orange soup rather than pumpkin soup... we never really follow a recipe for soups just choose whichever veggies we have, add them in the pot with stock and herbs and end up with nummy (usually orange due to our love of carrots) soup

Vineda: mum does that as well, but I'm not confident enough to just make a dish without a recipe xp Unless it's like a pasta dish.
I just took the skin and pith stuff off of the pumpkin, chopped it up and put it on the roasting tin owo

It's a fairly easy recipe, and it tastes really good :D
