The government is confusing.
My mom was on disability. She had to go to court and they proved she deserved her disability. Well, she went to prison and they cut her off disability. Well, she got out and tried to get it again and they denied her and made her jump through hoops to prove she was disabled. That confused me. They already proved she was disabled. They had the paperwork to prove it. She proved it in court. WHY did she have to do that all over again ._.

It's what happens when you get cut off... =3= If you ask me, they shouldn't cut someone off disability when going to prison... they should just freeze the checks until after the person is released =3=

Sad thing is... a lot of people are treated better inside the prison, than outside (can't get work and end up homeless) so they commit crimes just to go back. =/ sad...

They can't live life outside of prison.
They also tend to make it hard for people who get out so they mess up and go back.
My dad was struggling and he's not a threat.
He was trying his hardest and they kept fucking with him >_>

They need to put more into the mental health care in those places. And more into dealing with the outside...
Redo those "half way houses" to where the people running them actually RUN them =/

While my dad was living in one, they let him eat donuts.
They had a lot of donuts all the time.
My mom told one of the workers "Uh, he's a Diabetic >__>" and they were like "Really!?"
