My mom said a doctor told her that my aunt being an alcoholic fried her brain.
So the way she talks and acts is because her brain is permanently fucked up.

Yeah, alcohol and drug abuse caused damage to her brain.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people touching and moving my stuff.
She does it ALL the time.
She even threw away my tablet CD - the one I need to make my tablet work.
It wasn't her CD and it wasn't in her room - she just saw it and threw it away.
She does that constantly. It's not hers but she moves it and throws it away.
But we're not allowed to touch any of her stuff.

She was bitchy earlier because I couldn't pause my game and help her.
So instead of waiting 2 minutes, she was shitty to me and did whatever she wanted herself while still talking shit.
