I tried it with a black lave short sleeved top ... and it works O.o
I just need shoes now XP
It's an evening occasion so I'll probably use a black cardigan?

yup, black or white works fine. If you'd rather go colourful, choose a plain cardigan in one of the colours on the skirt.
And I'm really curious as to what the skirt looks like now...

I remembered a different design. It was not blue and green stripes but equally large green portions with brown (orange?) and black lines.
