Yes, it does! I think people should be limited to buying 1 per specific time interval. Like 1 every 24 hours or something. That would give others a chance to get the items, too.

I had the best breeding luck yesterday!! I got my Dual Winged Butterfly, a Black Sharky, a Brown Basilisk, a Skeletal Wabbit, a Red Spider, and a Spotted Peep!!

I go on everyday just to get my daily log-in stuff. I usually do whatever breeding I can and that's about it. I don't really chat much over there. There's too much angst!
