@ feather - I love them!
@ Vineda - It's for gyoza ... I'm typing this from memory.
1/2 kg group pork - lean
2/4 tsp - ajinomoto
1 sachet magic sarap
1 pinch salt
2 tsp pepper
2 heads of garlic
2 golf ball sized red onions
Chop the garlic and onions then mix them all together in a lovely heterogenous mixture. Smear some raw scrambled egg onto the inner margin of the dumpling wrap then press both edges together to make a half circle. Fry (with small flame) slowly until golden brown. Eat with gyoza dumpling sauce.
