I get like this sometimes.

Doctor said its my acid reflux. I'm not so sure though... not like he listens.

2 different ways I end up like this. I'm super stressed and I get constipated so bad that I get sick. Or my sinuses over act and drain into my stomach too much and I end up getting sick from that. I think the second one was what happened this morning, because alls that came up was mucus and stomach acid and what tiny bit of chili that hadn't digested yet. Good thing I didn't eat a lot yesterday x-x

now that I've rested and ate 2 icy pops, i feel well enough to sit in the living room... trying to find something to watch that won't make me dizzy.. x-x

thinking of going for another icy pop... but i dun wanna get up =w=

do ice pops actually work? xD;; i've always been told to never eat cold things when i'm sick....xD;;

They made me feel better. Brought my fever down and chilled my stomach to where I had an appetite again.

oh. well as long as they work, i guess.......?

=w= i slept alday...

yeahhh someone would yell at me if i did that lol.

I get passes for not feeling good >:3

though wed, thur, fri.. mom has dr appointments so I can't sleep in those days =A=

That sucks. I’m still trying to figure out what to eat for my birthday today.

Eye Doctor (thursday app) canceled ovo dun wanna risk corona! wooo! just 2 this week now.. >w<

Lol thx. And yet today, right after my birthday, is my grandmother's funeral lol. ^^;;
